Villa Caleca, with its modern style, blends in perfectly with the sparkling surroundings of the town of Castellammare del Golfo. The villa is located on a promontory just 200 m from the main access road and enjoys a wonderful view over the entire gulf. Under the portico and in the pleasant garden you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and then you can go and explore the buzz and beauty of the lively historic town centre. Designed in contemporary style, with particular attention to open spaces and light, the interior of Villa Caleca is bright and airy, giving a great sense of liberty and of opening to the exterior.
Interior:
The villa extends over a single floor which is slightly raised with respect to the outdoor patio. The entrance leads into an open-plan area with kitchen, dining room and living room with double sofa bed. From here you come to an enchanting SPA adjacent to the living room, with sauna and Jacuzzi tub with sea view, and to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms. The villa is completed by a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The interior is decorated in contemporary style, with neutral colours and light wooden furniture dotted with attractive cushions. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
Park:
The fenced garden of about 400 sq m extends mainly in front of the villa and swimming pool towards the sea. The villa, located on top of a hill, enjoys an enchanting view. The living area faces onto a large portico, perfect for enjoying the view with a book and a good glass of wine. The presence of natural stone planters with ornamental plants are specially designed to embellish the surroundings of the villa, all surrounded by plush lawn.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, open all year round, is located in the front part of the house, next to the veranda. Rectangular with one oval side, and measuring 11 sq m with a constant depth of 1.20 m, it is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, internal lighting and large steps for access to the water. The edge of the pool is non-slip and it is surrounded by stone paving. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor hot and cold-water shower and is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: Yes. € 30,00 per animal per week to be paid on site
