Located in the heart of an 18-hole golf course, in a residence with swimming pool and sauna, only 700 m from the beach and 1 km from the town centre of Sable-d'Or les Pins, this duplex will seduce you!
You will have a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view of the golf course and a shared pool with sauna to relax after a day of discovery!
Secure parking space. Bed linen and towels extra for stays of less than 7 nights. Cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

The Duplex :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

First level:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a double washbasin, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
- Separate WC

Second level:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with storage and blackout curtains.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds with wardrobe and hanging space and blackout curtains.

Exterior:
- A 6 m² balcony, south-east facing with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
- An indoor, heated, shared swimming pool and sauna opened from April to end of October. There are also changing rooms available. The swimming pool and sauna are shared with the residence. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- Secure outdoor parking space, accessible via a digicode.

Neighbourhood :
The flat is located in a quiet and pleasant residence in a residential area. You will find all the amenities in the centre, within a few minutes' walk: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars...

Other remarks:
- The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. There is a possibility to have the final cleaning done by the housekeeping company for 65 € / stay.
- Bed linen and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more. Extra charge for sheets and towels for stays of less than 7 nights: 20 € / person.
- Washing machines are available in the residence for a fee.
- This accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access. Possibility of paying for a wifi connection to be paid at the reception of the residence.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
